It gives me immense pleasure to learn that the Balochistan will start functioning soon. The establishment of such an institute in remote part of the province is a matter of great pleasure and satisfaction for the people of this area. I am confident the this education institute will provide all the necessary facilities equip our young generation with skill in the latest field of technology along with a sense of responsibility, commitment and strong human and moral values, so that they could become successful researchers, leaders and managers.
 The government of Balochistan has taken an all important initiative for human resource development in the province to prepare our youth for the rigors of competition they will face in their professional life. I also hope that the institution will not only focus on professional excellence, but also strive to inculcate spiritual characteristics in our young blood to groom them into zealous professionals thinking beyond the petty boundaries of caste, creed, language and other discriminations.
I wish all the organizers, faculty and oncoming students, a bright future ornamented with success and prosperity.

It is with great pleasure to know that Information Technology Department, Government of  Balochistan has achieved yet another mile stone in having established Balochistan Institute of Information Technology and Management Science, Loralai. It is one of the foremost priorities of the present Government to equip students particularly youth with Information Technology and Management Science, so that we could stand with dignity and resolve among the comity of Nations. Humans resource development is a key in opening new avenues of prosperity and development. It is high time that we all stand up with missionary zeal to educate and facilitate or youth, so that they could guarantee a prosperous Pakistan as was envisaged by Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal.

There can be no two opinions that it is a nation’s excellence in the field of Information and Technology that holds the key to success in today’s world. Balochistan Institute of Information Technology, Loralai is the first education institute in Balochistan imparting training and education in the specialized field of Information Technology in rural areas. This Institution is now poised to meet the challenges of quality education and research in the field of IT in the 21st Century.
The Institution can make considerable progress in the field of IT from the mere concept on the drawing board then, to the Balochistan foremost Information and Technology institutions. There have been multifarious obstacle in the way, but by the Grace of God, we have preserved and emerged from the eye of storm. I believe that we cannot rest on our laurels. There is yet a long way for us to go.
In the rapid changing global scenario of IT and Management there are going to be many challenges and opportunities. I wish all the applicants success in their endeavors to join the elite group of students of Information Technology and ultimately become the professionals of international repute.

This is another step of Government of Balochistan towards the promotion/ proliferation o modern IT education in the province. Though steps of such Government of Balochistan have provedits sincerity to make the people/ students of the province capable to cope/ meet with the challenges of the evolving scenario of the world.
